Stayntouch PMS TrustYou (Formerly CheckMate)
TrustYou (formerly CheckMate) is a text messaging interface that connects businesses with their customers via text message communication.
Currently, TrustYou can communicate the following text message notifications (information pulled from Stayntouch PMS):
- Pre-Check-In
- Check-In
- Check-Out
- Room Move (For checked-in reservations only)
If the hotel wants to have future reservations sent to TrustYou from Stayntouch PMS to communicate with their guests further in advance (prior to the pre-check-in stage), a custom export can be scheduled from Reports > Schedule a Report/Export > Custom Exports > + NEW EXPORT > Reservation to facilitate this.
The following fields need to be chosen from the Select Fields section (please keep this sequence)
- First Name
- Last Name
- Mobile
- Guest ID
- Confirmation Number
- Arrival Date
- Departure Date
- Reservation Status
From the Set Filters section, select + ADD FILTER > Duration > FIELD NAME = Created at in Hotel Time Zone > DURATION = Today.
From the Frequency section, select REPEATS = Hourly > REPEATS EVERY = 1 Hour > STARTS AT = 04:00 > ENDS ON = Never.
From the Delivery section, select DELIVERY METHOD = Email Export Delivery Type. The email address is property-specific and can be retrieved as per the below screenshots from TrustYou by the admin user.
EXPORT NAME: As the email address is property-specific, the naming convention is not crucial, but we recommend naming it something that makes sense, like TrustYou Reservations.
OUTPUT FORMAT: Select CSV.
Once complete, be sure to click SAVE EXPORT.
