This integration was expanded in February 2026 to support follow-up upselling for breakfast and parking.


During a guest interaction, if a reservation does not include a breakfast add-on, the AI agent offers it. If the guest accepts, the add-on is automatically booked.


The same workflow applies to parking upselling; however, in this case, the AI agent creates an authorization request for the hotel team. Once approved, the parking add-on is booked. The vehicle registration number is also collected.

GENERATING OAUTH KEYS

    • API endpoints
