Revinate

The Revinate integration setup for a hotel is very simple. They need us to provide the HOTEL CODE that we will be sending—it should be our standard HOTEL CODE to keep things consistent.

From Settings > Integrations > Customer Relationship Management > Revinate, you will need to input the following items.

HOTEL CODE: Stayntouch defined hotel code

The following items are standard for all installs of this interface

SYSTEM ID: stayntouch_htng
USER NAME: stayntouch
PASSWORD: R9RzHgBQbt
END POINT: https://mercer.revinate.com/interface/htng/ariandreservationpush

Once active, you can do a resync of data for past or future data.
