Hotel Loyalty/Membership Programs

To set up a hotel loyalty program, navigate to Settings > Cards > Hotel Loyalty Program.

To create a hotel loyalty program, first enable the Use Loyalty toggle at the top right corner, and then click + ADD NEW.

You'll then be required to enter a NAME and CODE, and you can optionally add new LEVELS. Once complete, click SAVE CHANGES.

Then, when creating a reservation, you'll see an option to add a loyalty program.

You'll also be able to add a loyalty program from the guest card.
