Refund Credit Card Transactions From The Guest Bill


To refund credit card transactions from the Guest Bill, navigate to the guest's stay card and click BILL & CHARGES.  then click the purple pencil button next to the transaction and select REFUND.




After selecting the REFUND button, you can edit the amount to refund. If the refund amount is correct, select the REFUND button.
