Undefined Transactions on M3 Exports

When properties with an M3 integration run an M3 export from Stayntouch PMS, some transactions may come through as "Undefined" on the export. This will occur if there is no room type associated with transactions. This is how M3 wanted or agreed to receive the value when the transaction is not associated with a room type.
