How Chain Admin Users Can Grant Other Users Multi-Property Access

Chain Admin users can grant other users at hotels within their chain Multi-Property access. To do so, please follow the steps below:

1. Navigate to Settings > Hotel & Staff > User Setup > ALL USERS.

2. Search for the user account you would like to grant Multi-Property access. Click the box under the HOTELS column that indicates the number of properties to which the user has access.

3. Select a USER ROLE from the dropdown next to the property name that you would like to grant the user access to and click SUBSCRIBE.

4. Once the user has been granted access to that property, you'll see an UNSUBSCRIBE button. You'll also see that the property count has been updated to reflect the new number of properties to which the user is subscribed.
