How to Sync a Company Card Between Pegasus and Stayntouch PMS

To sync a Company Card between Pegasus and Stayntouch PMS to allow the data to transfer back and forth between the two, first navigate to Revenue Management > Company & TA Cards > Begin typing in the search bar > Select +ADD NEW.

When prompted, select CREATE NEW COMPANY CARD.

From there, enter the required details for the new Company Card. Required fields are indicated by a red asterisk (*).

One of the key things you will need to create next is a CORPORATE ID for your Company Card. Once you have done so, you can select SAVE NEW CARD. Please note, this CORPORATE ID will be used to link data with Pegasus.

Upon saving this information, you will then navigate to Pegasus to enter the same information. You can create a Company Card from the Rate Plan Edit page on the Pegasus portal (see steps below). Once this is set up, whenever a reservation gets created for that rate plan, Pegasus will send the Company Card details like Company Name and Profile ID in the reservation XML. Stayntouch PMS will receive those details and add the appropriate Company Card to the reservation.

Steps to Create a Company Card in Pegasus

Scroll down to the Access Codes & Company Profiles field (bottom of the page).
Click Manage.
Click Add New Access Code for [Rate Plan Name].
Skip the Alternate Name and Access Code fields—these are not required for setting up the Company Card.
Enter the Company Name and Company Profile ID.
- These should match what you have built in Stayntouch PMS.
Click Save to allow the data to be synced between Stayntouch PMS and Pegasus.
