The Way team has built an integration to Stayntouch PMS using a web based application where hotels can offer additional guest services, activities, or unique experiences. Way offers simple and easy-to-use software and APIs to create, manage, and scale brand activations. Way is the future of how brands connect with their customers through immersive and real-world activations. Way helps businesses unlock the power of brand activations.

Features of the Integration:

• All bookings are automatically validated between Way and Stayntouch PMS with the guest name and confirmation or room number.
• Backend admin staff can fetch stay reservations directly from the Way dashboard through Way's backend booking tool.
• Stayntouch PMS receives the booking details from Way automatically, including the activation date(s) and information about the booking added as a reservation note in Stayntouch.
• Way will add a charge to the guest’s bill based on the price and date of the activation so the activation is billed with the guest’s final bill.
• If the stay is cancelled before the guest’s arrival, any booked activation(s) will be cancelled automatically along with automated cancellation communications. Availability will update automatically, as well.

GENERATING OAUTH KEYS

• Stayntouch Implementations or CSM will generate API OAuth keys.
• Way requires the following Stayntouch Connect API credentials:
  • client_id
  • client_secret
  • hotel_id
