Housekeeping staff will use FCS Solutions to update room status as well as room service status for Out of Order, Out of Service, and In Service rooms. This integration also supports transactions postings from FCS Solutions to the PMS, mainly used for minibar charges.

 

Items to Note: 

  • Room status in Stayntouch PMS must be updated via Housekeeping > Room Status > Click on a room number > Update status
  • The integration does not support updating room status via the main Housekeeping > Room Status page.
