Stayntouch PMS Mobile Phone Screens

We've expanded the screens that are accessible when accessing Stayntouch PMS on a mobile phone. Below please find each of the available screens on a mobile phone.

To access Stayntouch PMS on your mobile phone, navigate to https://app.us1.stayntouch.com/, https://app.us2.stayntouch.com/, or https://app.eu1.stayntouch.com/ (depending on which instance your property uses to access the PMS). From here, simply enter your account credentials to log in.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

1. To view Room Diary, Reports, and Settings, you will need to hold your phone horizontally as opposed to vertically. If you are unable to view these screens in horizontal mode, you can try the following options:

iPhone: Switch to horizontal view, click the icon to the left of the URL, and select a smaller font to see the whole screen.

Android: On your browser, go into settings, and there should be an option for DESKTOP SITE. Click this to see the whole screen.

These screens are optimized for viewing horizontally on mobile devices. The stay card view, for example, is significantly improved in horizontal view.

2. To quickly pull up Stayntouch PMS on an iPhone, once you've entered the appropriate URL on Safari or Google Chrome, we recommend tapping the upward-facing arrow at the bottom of the screen and then selecting Add Bookmark (to bookmark the URL) and Add to Home Screen (for quick access from your home screen like an app).
