Operto Guest Technologies

Operto Guest Technologies is a leading hospitality automation and IoT operating system for vacation rentals and hotels. Operto offers many products, which are grouped into three main categories:

1. Operto Guest: Minimize dependency on staff, increase positive reviews, and deliver a premium guest experience.
2. Operto Tech: Automate access and proactively reduce property damage and operational costs using smart devices.
3. Operto Teams: Grow with leaner operations, onboard and manage staff with ease, and reduce turnover time and complaints.

The integration with Stayntouch is with the Operto Teams product.

• GET/hotels: Setup stage only

• GET/reservations: Upon setup, to get future data on the books
• GET/reservations/{id}: Following a webhook event
• POST/rooms/{id}/change_house_keeping_status: Every time a room status is updated in Operto

GENERATING OAUTH KEYS

• Stayntouch Implementations or CSM will generate API OAuth keys using the below process
• Operto requires the following Stayntouch Connect credentials:
  • client_id
  • client_secret
  • hotel_id
