Stayntouch Pay Onboarding – Guide
1. Request Stayntouch Pay via your Stayntouch Sales Executive.
2. Once contracted, the Stayntouch Onboarding Team will send you a link to complete the Stayntouch Pay KYC Onboarding Invite + Self-Assessment Questionnaire Guide.
3. Please complete the Stayntouch Pay KYC Onboarding Invite + Self-Assessment Questionnaire Guide with all requested information. Refer to the link in the previous bullet point.
4. Once submitted with the accurate information, your Stayntouch Onboarding Team will review, and if all sections are completed accurately, then your account will be onboarded within 7-10 working days.
5. Once your account is onboarded, the Stayntouch Onboarding Team will activate your account on the PMS to allow for the payment integration with Stayntouch Pay to be enabled, and you can start transacting payments on your PMS.
6. Along with activation of your account, you will receive credentials to log into your Stayntouch Pay Essentials account to view transactions, payouts, and reports.
