The team at GuestChat has created an API integration that offers booking bots that can be plugged into the hotel’s website and take users to an IBE to complete the booking.

To activate this integration for your property, please contact Customer Support.

API USAGE

• post/oath/token
• get/hotels - setup stage only
• get/hotels/{id}/room_types - setup stage only
• get/hotels/{id}/rates - setup stage only
• get/hotels/{id}/availability
• get/hotels/{id}/availability/room_rates

WEBHOOK USAGE

There are no webhooks are in place.

GENERATING OAUTH KEYS

• Implementations will request API OAuth Keys using the below process.
• GuestChat requires the following Rover Connect credentials:

• client_id
• client_secret
• hotel_id
