Comtrol Interface PC Minimum Requirements

These are the minimum specifications Stayntouch recommends for the dedicated windows computer for on-property interfaces:

Virtual PCs are not permitted. This must be a dedicated interface PC.
Windows Server 2022 / Windows 11 Professional (Windows 10 also supported)
Minimum drive requirements: 128GB SSD or 250GB HDD

Minimum 8GB RAM
Minimum of 2 vacant USB ports
Computer must be connected to the local network as well as have access to the Internet
NOTE: Mac OS not supported

For serial connections, the property will need to have the proper cable in place at the time of integration. If you are looking for a recommendation, we have had success with this type of cable. If you need an IP/serial converter, this recommendation comes directly from Comtrol.
