GMS Integration
CONFIGURATION
To activate the GMS integration, navigate to Settings > Integrations > Customer Relationship Management > GMS and enter the following information:
- USERNAME: HOTELCODE.demand (e.g., SNTH.demand)
- PASSWORD: Enter the password provided by GMS.
- URL: https://www.tcgms.net/pms_integration/stayntouch
- HOTEL CODE: Enter the hotel code found in Stayntouch Admin.
- CUSTOMER NAME: Enter the hotel code found in Stayntouch Admin.
- PROPERTY NAME: Enter the hotel code found in Stayntouch Admin.
Please note, mapping screens within Settings > Integrations > External Mappings > ZDirect OTA can be left incomplete, as ZDirect mapping is not necessary anymore.
Finally, go back to Settings > Integrations > Customer Relationship Management > GMS and choose to activate/deactivate STAY INFO AFTER CHECKOUT. Please note the following:
- Toggling this ON will trigger a STAY INFO message each time a transaction is added to a reservation.
- Toggling this OFF will trigger a STAY INFO message only upon check-out for all the transactions related to the reservation.
GMS DATA SYNC
To perform a GMS data sync, navigate to Settings > Integrations > Customer Relationship Management > GMS.
Historical Data Sync
To sync historical data, select the checkbox for Sync Historical Data.
First you will need to sync historical stay messages, so select the STAYINFO checkbox and choose a FROM DATE (this should be the date Stayntouch PMS was installed) and a TO DATE (this should be the current date).
You'll then need to sync historical reservation messages, so select the RESERVATION checkbox and choose a FROM DATE (this should be the date Stayntouch PMS was installed) and a TO DATE (this should be the current date).
Please note, historical data resyncs can only be run 30 days at a time.
These message types should be synchronized separately. You can click the SYNC button to run the sync.
Future Data Sync
To sync future data, first you will need to sync future reservation messages, so select the RESERVATION checkbox and choose a FROM DATE (this should be the current date) and a TO DATE (this should be one year in the future).
You'll then need to sync historical group messages, so select the GROUP checkbox and choose a FROM DATE (this should be the current date) and a TO DATE (this should be one year in the future).
Please note, future data resyncs can only be run 30 days at a time.
These message types should be synchronized separately. You can click the SYNC button to run the sync.
Note: If data is missing after the sync has be completed, please contact Customer Support.
