The integrations team at DigitalGuest have build a new connection with Stayntouch using Stayntouch Connect APIs. This integration replaces the existing DigitalGuest integration, an old custom-built integration that had a very limited functionality. DigitalGuest is a guest communication platform that offers various communications tools throughout a guest journey.

The integration is built on combination of webhooks and API calls.

To set up this integration, Stayntouch needs to complete the following steps:
- Hotel needs to send authorization to their Stayntouch CSM allowing DigitalGuest to access their data.
- Once received, the Stayntouch CSM will forward the data to Stayntouch Implementations for setup.
- Once keys are created, Stayntouch will send them to the DigitalGuest team.
GENERATING OAUTH KEYS
- Implementations/CSM will generate API OAuth keys using the below process.
- Once OAuth keys are created, Stayntouch will send them to the DigitalGuest team.
- Digital Guest requires the following Stayntouch Connect APIs credentials:
- client_id
- client_secret
- hotel_id
