Breezeway

Breezeway is a property care, operations, and messaging platform. The care and operations platform helps coordinate, communicate, and verify detailed work, as well as deliver the best service experience to clients. A lot of time and effort goes into maintaining quality, safety, and cleanliness across your properties—Breezeway’s tools empower hotels to automate their operations and deliver an amazing rental experience.

Breezeway pulls over guest and room data for reservations as they are made and updates them so that guest data can be tracked. This is a one-way integration only, where hotels need to update housekeeping statuses in the application to match Stayntouch PMS.

API USAGE

• GET/hotels – set up stage and once per week
• GET/rooms – set up stage and once per week
• GET/reservations, parameters – UPDATED and CREATED, once per hour
• GET/reservations/summary, parameter – CHECKED-OUT today, once per hour

There are no webhooks in use.

GENERATING OAUTH KEYS

• Implementations will request API OAuth keys using the below process.
• Once credentials are generated, forward to Breezeway.
• Breezeway requires the following Connect API credentials;
  • client_id
  • client_secret
  • hotel_id
