Stayntouch PMS Currency Exchange
To enable the currency exchange (multi currency) functionality, navigate to Settings > Hotel & Staff > Settings & Parameters > Turn ON the ENABLE MULTIPLE CURRENCIES toggle. You can then select a DEFAULT PAYMENT CURRENCY as well as the currencies you wish to accept at your property and choose whether you want to accept payments in that currency or only quote rates and add-ons in that currency.
Furthermore, access to multi currency in Financials > Currency Exchange is permission driven.
Only user roles with the Edit Multi Currency Exchange Rates permission enabled in Settings > Hotel & Staff > Permissions will be able to edit currency exchange rates for your hotel.
You can edit the exchange rates for each day in Financials > Currency Exchange.
Users are unable to edit past exchange rates.
Fast track entry automatically copies values to proceeding cells.
