Stayntouch PMS Invoice Search
From Financials > Invoice Search, you can choose to show only RESERVATION INVOICES, A/R INVOICES, RESERVATION RECEIPTS, ACCOUNT INVOICES, or ACCOUNT RECEIPTS.
If you sort by RESERVATION INVOICES, you can search for invoices by invoice or folio number or guest name. If you select the NO FOLIO NUMBER checkbox, the PMS will show reservation invoices with no folio number. Upon entering criteria into the search field, reservation invoice details will be shown by DETAILS, INVOICE NO., FOLIO NO., and BALANCE. You can click the double arrows (>>) for reservation details or the blue invoice button to email or print the invoice.
If you sort by A/R INVOICES, you can search by A/R invoice number. Upon entering criteria into the search field, A/R invoice details will be shown by DETAILS, A/R INVOICE, and BALANCE. You can click the double arrows (>>) for reservation details or the blue invoice button to email or print the invoice.
If you sort by RESERVATION RECEIPTS, you can search by receipt number or guest name. If you select the NO QR CODE checkbox, the PMS will show reservation receipts with no QR code. Upon entering criteria into the search field, reservation receipt details will be shown by DETAILS, INVOICE NO., and BALANCE. You can click the double arrows (>>) for reservation details.
If you sort by ACCOUNT INVOICES, you can search by invoice or folio number or account name. If you select the NO FOLIO NUMBER checkbox, the PMS will show account invoices with no folio number. Upon entering criteria into the search field, account invoice details will be shown by DETAILS, INVOICE NO., FOLIO NO., and BALANCE.
