How to Create a Medallia Custom Export
To create a Medallia custom export, navigate to Reports > Schedule a Report/Export > Custom Exports > + NEW EXPORT > Reservation.
From there, select the following fields under the Select Fields column:
- RESERVATION ID
- HOTEL CODE
- ARRIVAL DATE
- DEPARTURE DATE
- ARRIVAL ROOM NUMBER
- RESERVATION STATUS
- FIRST NAME
- LAST NAME
- MOBILE
Within the Set Order & Labels column, arrange the order as follows:
- First Name
- Last Name
- Arrival Date
- Departure Date
- Hotel Code
- Reservation ID
- Arrival Room Number
- Mobile
- Reservation Status
Then, from the Set Filters column, click the + ADD FILTER button and select Duration. Next, from the FIELD NAME dropdown, select Departure date, and for DURATION, select Yesterday.
You'll then need to select the + ADD FILTER button again and select Options. From the FIELD NAME dropdown, select Reservation Status, and for OPTIONS, select CHECKED OUT.
From the Frequency column, choose the following options:
- REPEATS: Daily
- REPEATS EVERY: 1 Day
- STARTS ON: Choose desired date
- STARTS AT: Choose from any time between 9am and 11am
- ENDS ON: Never
Finally, from the Delivery column, select SFTP Export Delivery Type as the DELIVERY METHOD, and then select Medallia from the SELECT SFTP SERVER dropdown.
Please note, in order to be able to select Medallia as the SFTP server, you'll need to configure it as an SFTP server from Settings > Hotel & Staff > SFTP Servers > + ADD NEW. The server details should be provided by Medallia.
After selecting a delivery method, you'll then be required to name the export, select an OUTPUT FORMAT of CSV, click the checkbox for INCLUDE CSV HEADER, and click SAVE EXPORT. Your export is now scheduled!
