e-tab

e-tab is a one-to-many POS system designed for hotels and restaurants. It specializes in food and beverage delivery from establishments based anywhere outside the hotel. Guests can simply order from the e-tab app and post the charges on their guest bill in Stayntouch.

Implementation

• e-tab will import Stayntouch charge codes and map them based on the hotel’s information. Charge codes for outside restaurants can be very broad or specific to an item level. Tips have to be posted separately to ensure correct reporting and taxation in Stayntouch. 
• Note: Taxes are calculated and posted in Stayntouch and are not to be sent over via APIs as part of the check.

Stayntouch will generate OAuth keys, and once the OAuth keys are created, Stayntouch will send them to Tom Tham (tom.tham@prth.com).

e-tab requires the following Stayntouch Connect credentials:

• client_id
• client_secret
• hotel_id
