How to Submit a Credit Card Batch Settlement Manually

To submit a credit card batch settlement manually, first turn OFF AUTO-SETTLEMENT BY EOD from Settings > Hotel & Staff > Settings & Parameters. Please note, for CC BATCH PROCESSING, Hotel must be selected in order for AUTO-SETTLEMENT BY EOD to appear. Upon turning OFF AUTO-SETTLEMENT BY EOD, log out of Stayntouch PMS and then log back in.

You can then navigate to Financials > CC Transactions > PAYMENTS. Here next to the DATE field, you'll then see a button called SUBMIT BATCH.

Note: Once you turn OFF AUTO-SETTLEMENT BY EOD, you need to logout of Stayntouch PMS and log back in; otherwise, you will not see this button.
