Maximum Occupancy Settings

You can configure the settings for maximum occupancies for adults, children, and infants from Settings > Reservations > Reservation Settings. From here, you'll see fields for MAX ADULTS, MAX CHILDREN, and MAX INFANTS. By entering a number in these fields, you're defining the maximum number of adults, children, and/or infants in one room. Please note, when you create a new reservation, the room type you choose will have its own limit.

Note: When creating a new reservation, if the dropdown lists for number of ADULTS or CHILDREN show only 0, you should check the aforementioned settings to see if there are maximum occupancies set. If these are not set, you will see 0 in the dropdown lists.
