How to Set Up a Stash Hotel Rewards Custom Export in Stayntouch

To set up a Stash Hotel Rewards custom export in Stayntouch PMS, navigate to Reports > Schedule a Report/Export > Custom Exports > + NEW EXPORT > Reservation and select the following fields from the Select Fields section:

Confirmation Number
Hotel Code
Email
ADR
Arrival Date
Departure Date
Source Code
Arrival Rate Code
Arrival Room
Nights
Primary Payment Method

Then, from the Set Filters section, add the following filters:

+ ADD FILTER > Select Duration
- From FIELD NAME, select Departure date
- From DURATION, select Last 30 days
+ ADD FILTER > Select Options
- From FIELD NAME, select Reservation Status
- From OPTIONS, select CHECKEDOUT

Moreover, from the Frequency section, select the following options:

REPEATS: Daily
REPEATS EVERY: 1 Day
STARTS ON: Select desired start date
STARTS AT: 05:00
ENDS ON: Select desired end date

Finally, from the Delivery Method section, select a DELIVERY METHOD of SFTP Export Delivery Type. From SELECT SFTP SERVER, select Stash Hotel Rewards.

Please note, you need to configure the SFTP server from Settings > Hotel & Staff > SFTP Servers > + ADD NEW using the below details for the Stash Hotel Rewards option to be available:

SERVER DESCRIPTION: Stash Hotel Rewards
SFTP ADDRESS: sftp.stashrewards.com
PORT: 22
FILE PATH: /incoming/
SFTP USERNAME/PASSWORD: Unique for each property and will be provided by Stash Hotel Rewards

Upon setting all of the above parameters, enter an EXPORT NAME, select an OUTPUT FORMAT, and select SAVE EXPORT.
