Rate Must Be Added to Rate Sequence to Display in Rate Manager

Upon creating a rate from Settings > Rates > Rates, you must add it to your rate sequence from Settings > Rates > Rate Sequence > EDIT CUSTOM SEQUENCE > MANAGE RATES > Move Rate to Rates in Sequence. Once you add it to the sequence, it will appear in the Rate Manager.

NOTE: The + ADD SEQUENCE option allows users to create groups of rates within the sequence. These sequences are not intended to be a choice of one over others; rather, they allow users to define custom sub-groups of rates within the custom rate sequence itself.
