[VIDEO] Update Payment Method

This video demonstrates how to update a payment method on a stay card in Stayntouch PMS.

- 00:06: Search for the reservation you wish to update

- 00:11: View credit card already attached to stay card

- 00:18: Select CC AUTH button to release the authorization manually if required

- 00:29: Select +ADD button next to payment method to enter a new payment method

- 01:20: Add credit card to guest card

- 01:33: By changing the payment method, Stayntouch PMS released the existing authorization

- 01:46: Select SHOW DETAILS under ACTIVITY LOG to review changes made

- 02:03: Manually request an authorization
