[VIDEO] Group Reservations

This video explains how to create group reservations in Stayntouch PMS.

- 00:05: Navigate to the Availability screen and sort by Groups

- 00:22: Create a reservation and search by dates the group is available

- 01:04: View rate(s) returned for the group

- 01:18: Book rate

- 01:27: Select existing or create new guest

- 01:41: Enter payment method and continue

- 01:51: Send guest a confirmation email (if enabled)

- 01:58: Proceed to stay card

- 02:02: From the stay card, you can see the reservation is associated with a group

02:06 View group card

- 02:16: Add reservations to group from Groups > Manage Groups > Select Group > Rooming List

- 02:59: Pick up multiple rooms at once

- 03:42: Modify reservations attached to a group
