[VIDEO] Direct Bill Check-In With Upgrade
This video explains how to check in a guest via direct bill and how to upgrade that guest during check-in flow.
- 00:11: Search for the reservation you wish to check in
- 00:19: From the stay card, you'll be able to see if routing is in place for the guest
- 00:26: View and complete actions prior to checking in a guest
- 00:49: Enter a credit card
- 01:24: Add credit card to guest card
- 01:39: Select CHECK IN and enter any missing demographics (if required)
- 02:00: Select upgrades (if enabled at your property)
- 02:26: Review billing information
- 02:57: Print a registration card (if required)
03:09: Select FULLSCREEN button if using onscreen check-in
- 03:18: Agree to Terms & Conditions and sign on the screen (if enabled at your property)
- 03:27: Review credit card authorization when billing instructions are in place
- 04:13: Swipe credit card or select USE CARD ON FILE
- 04:28: Original room type will be noted on the stay card
