[VIDEO] Cash Check-In

This video demonstrates how to handle a cash check-in via Stayntouch PMS.

- 00:10: Pull up an arrival reservation

- 00:22: Select the DEPOSIT/BALANCE button to take a cash payment prior to checking the guest in

- 01:23: Take an incremental amount of money to hold as a security deposit

- 02:09: Enter demographics

- 02:24: Select room number

- 02:33: View both separate deposit transactions

- 02:37: Agree to Terms & Conditions (if applicable)

- 02:43: Do not swipe/enter a credit card

- 02:49: Print keys (if enabled)

02:55: Check-in complete

- 02:59: Refund security deposit
