[VIDEO] Add a Charge

This video demonstrates how to add a charge in Stayntouch PMS.

- 00:05: Search for the reservation you wish to alter and navigate to BILL & CHARGES

- 00:31: Postings not permitted for reservation

- 00:38: Turn off RESTRICT POST toggle

- 00:54: Select ADD CHARGE button to post charges to the guest bill

- 01:54: Charge group indicated on top of the guest bill

- 02:04: View different charge groups for posting charges

- 02:34: Each item is seen in its corresponding charge group

- 02:38: View all charge codes

- 02:55: Post an adjustment

03:22: Add an ADJUSTMENT REASON if enabled for your property

- 03:27: Enter a REFERENCE & DESCRIPTION

- 03:31: Choose to SHOW REFERENCE ON GUEST INVOICE

- 03:48: Move charge and adjustment to new bill window

- 04:11: Post correct item
