[VIDEO] Task Sheets
This video explains how to use task sheets in Stayntouch PMS.
- 00:02: Navigate to Housekeeping > Task Management
- 00:15: Task overview
- 00:37: Manage work sheets
- 00:45: List of tasks to be completed for the day
- 00:50: List of task sheets that can be used
- 00:57: Select employees for whom a task sheet should be completed
- 01:12: Drag and drop tasks to assign to task sheets
- 01:20: Click on the filter icon to look for specific task types
- 01:34: Filter by one specific action or task
- 01:45: Auto assign tasks to distribute work evenly between task sheets
- 02:05: Save task sheets
- 02:17: Print task sheets
- 02:38: Navigate to Housekeeping > Room Status to filter by a specific employee to view their task sheet
- 02:56: View total time allocated, the number of departure cleans, etc. for that employee
- 03:01: Update room status
