How to Activate Stayntouch Guest Mobility Design Setup
To customize the various Stayntouch Guest Mobility screens for your property, please follow the steps below. You can also view a training video here.
1. Navigate to Settings > Guest Mobility > Guest Mobility Design Setup.
2. Toggle ON ACTIVATE.
3. Choose a Guest Mobility Design Theme.
- CHOOSE FONT: Choose from System or Serif.
- ICON COLOR sets the icon color for various screens; however, it is mostly used on check-out screens.
- Example (white icons)
- SCREEN BACKGROUND sets the overall background color of the template.
- BEHIND THE LOGO BACKGROUND changes the color of the background behind the logo.
- "READY TO CHECK OUT?" TEXT COLOR changes the color of the Ready to Check Out? text.
- "TO START, PLEASE..." TEXT COLOR changes the color of the To start please enter your room number text.
- "ROOM NUMBER" TEXT COLOR changes the color of the Room Number text.
- "CONTINUE" BUTTON BACKGROUND changes the color of the CONTINUE button on the template.
- "CONTINUE" BUTTON COLOR changes the color of the CONTINUE button text.
4. Choose a Guest Mobility Calendar Theme.
- SCREEN BACKGROUND changes the entire background of the departure date selection screen:
- HEADER BACKGROUND changes the background color of the calendar header.
- CELL BACKGROUND changes the background color of individual cells on the calendar grid.
5. Choose a Guest Mobility Check-Out Theme.
- "CHECK OUT NOW" BACKGROUND changes the color of the Check out now button.
- "CHECK OUT LATER" BACKGROUND changes the color of the Check out later button.
- "1 PM" BACKGROUND changes the color of the 1 PM/first late check-out offer.
- "3 PM" BACKGROUND changes the color of the 3 PM/second late check-out offer.
- "5 PM" BACKGROUND changes the color of the 5 PM/third late check-out offer.
6. Please note, your logo will be pulled from Settings > Hotel & Staff > Hotel Details > HOTEL LOGO IMAGE FOR TEMPLATES.
7. Once you have made your changes, be sure to select the SAVE CHANGES button.
CUSTOMIZE TEMPLATE TEXT
To customize the text displayed on the various Stayntouch Guest Mobility screens, navigate to Settings > Guest Mobility > Translations > CATEGORIZED VIEW. From here, you can choose a Flow Type and Screen, and you can edit the text under the TRANSLATION column.
Please note, Stayntouch Guest Mobility translations must be enabled by SNT Admin. Please contact Customer Support to have this enabled for your property.
For example, in the screenshots below, you'll notice the customized text for both late check-out flows.
You can also customize the "add charges" text at check-out, as illustrated below.
