Lighthouse (Formerly OTA Insight): Rate Shopping + RMS

Lighthouse (OTA Insight) is the hospitality industry's #1 ranked rate shopping platform and is now the first solution to combine hotel and short-term rental data in a single platform. It provides a variety of different reporting metrics for hotels based on the data they retrieve from the database using the APIs.

Lighthouse integrates with Stayntouch across three of their main product lines:

Lighthouse Channel Management
Lighthouse Pricing Optimization
Lighthouse Performance (includes Business Intelligence and Benchmark Insight)

The integration also supports products previously known as Rate Insight and Market Insight. These are OTB connections and are now placed under new plan name called "Lighthouse Pricing".

WHAT LIGHTHOUSE SENDS TO STAYNTOUCH PMS

Updating (PUT) daily price points for one selected rate code in Stayntouch PMS.
- Note: Rate values must exist in Stayntouch PMS in order for Lighthouse (OTA Insight) to update daily prices. We do not have the ability to post (create) new daily price points without pre-existing values.
Single and double occupancy pricing is supported, as well as extra adults and children.

GET/hotels – Setup stage only
GET/hotels{ID} – Setup stage only
GET/hotels/{ID}/rates – Setup stage only + once a day
GET/rates/{id}/amounts – Once a day
PUT/rates/{id}/amounts – Once a day
GET/hotels/{ID}/room_types – Setup stage only + once a week
GET/reservations – Parameter = updated and created today, once a day
GET/inventories – Once a day
GET/inventories – Every 4 hours broken down to 30 days of data in each call
GET/rate/{ID}/amount – Upon set up only, broken down into 30 days of data in each call
PUT/rate/{ID}/amounts

WEBHOOK USAGE

There are no webhooks in use.

GENERATING OAUTH KEYS

Once your property indicates that you wish to work with Lighthouse/OTA Insight, Stayntouch Implementations/CSM will issue the following OAuth keys and share them with Lighthouse/OTA Insight.
