Demand360 New Integration Setup
Demand360 is not a separate integration on the Stayntouch side, but on the TravelClick side. The Stayntouch GMS integration feeds data into TravelClick Demand360. GMS does not have the ability to resync data to Demand360 directly; therefore, when establishing a new Demand360 integration, Stayntouch will need to initiate a GMS data sync to populate data for Demand360.
CONFIGURATION
To activate the Demand360 integration, navigate to Settings > Integrations > Customer Relationship Management > GMS and enter the following information:
- USERNAME: Demand 360HOTELCODE.demand360, provided by Demand360
- PASSWORD: Enter the password provided by Demand360.
- URL: https://www.tcgms.net/pms_integration/stayntouch
- HOTEL CODE: Enter the hotel code provided by Demand360
- CUSTOMER NAME: Enter the hotel code provided by Demand360
- PROPERTY NAME: Enter the hotel code provided by Demand360
DATA SYNC FOR DEMAND360
Historical Data Sync
To sync historical data, navigate to Settings > Integrations > Customer Relationship Management > GMS and select the checkbox for Sync Historical Data, choose a date range from 2 years in the past to today, and select the checkboxes for RESERVATION, GROUP, and STAYINFO. You can then click the SYNC button to run the sync. Once initiated, the GMS integration will trigger the historical data to Demand360.
Future Data Sync
To sync future data, navigate to Settings > Integrations > Customer Relationship Management > GMS, choose a date range from today to 1 year in the future*, and select the checkboxes for RESERVATION, GROUP, and STAYINFO. You can then click the SYNC button to run the sync. Once initiated, the GMS integration will trigger the future data to Demand360.
*Note: Future data resyncs can only be run 30 days at a time. Therefore, you will need to run it for multiple months until the year is complete.
Once historical and future data syncs are initiated, email the Demand360 team for confirmation of data receipt, and once confirmed, the integration is complete.
Typically, you'll only need to do this sync one time; however, if the Demand360 team notices any missing dates, follow the steps above to perform another sync for the requested dates.
