Stayntouch PMS How to Configure Alice Interface Exports
To configure Alice interface exports, first navigate to Reports > Schedule a Report/Export > Scheduled Exports > + NEW EXPORT SCHEDULE > Select Clairvoyix Reservations Export. Once you have selected the export, make sure the following parameters are configured as indicated in the text below. The parameters not indicated in the text below can be set as desired.
Export Parameters
- TIME PERIOD: Today
Schedule Details
- REPEATS: Hourly
- REPEATS EVERY: 1 Hour
Distribution List
- DELIVERY METHOD: Email Export Delivery Type
- ADD RECIPIENT: This export should be sent to connect@pms.alice-app.com. We integrate with Alice via exports that are sent to Alice directly.
In addition to the Clairvoyix Reservations Export, you will also need to schedule the SynXis - Reservations Export from Reports > Schedule a Report/Export > Scheduled Exports > + NEW EXPORT SCHEDULE > SynXis - Reservations Export. Once you have selected the export, make sure the following parameters are configured as indicated in the text below. The parameters not indicated in the text below can be set as desired.
Export Parameters
- TIME PERIOD: Yesterday
- Select the checkbox for INCLUDE CSV HEADER.

- REPEATS: Hourly
- REPEATS EVERY: 1 Hour

NOTE: Alice now integrates with Stayntouch PMS directly via API. Please contact Customer Support if you would like to integrate Stayntouch PMS with Alice.
