How to Add Enhancements to a Reservation

To add enhancements to a reservation, begin by creating a new reservation. You can then choose a rate and room type combination from the Rooms & Rates screen.

On the Enhance Stay page, you'll be presented with a list of BESTSELLER add-ons, but you can also choose from the lists of different options on the left side of the screen to see more than just the bestsellers.

If you find an item you'd like to add to the reservation, you can choose the quantity and select the ADD button.

All enhancements can be viewed by selecting the ENHANCEMENTS button at the top right of the screen.

If everything looks correct, you can then go ahead and select BOOK. You'll then be prompted to enter the guest's details, review the reservation summary, and select a payment method to confirm the reservation.

If you then select the GO TO STAY CARD button, from the center of the stay card, you'll see an orange ADD-ONS button. This is where you can view or remove any enhancements attached to a reservation or select ADD MORE TO THIS ROOM.
