Check Device Status

You can check the status of a paired device from the iPad in Stayntouch PMS from Settings > Device Status.

Upon navigating here, Stayntouch PMS will instantly retrieve the following statistics for the device:

TYPE
DEVICE NAME
DEVICE ID
STATUS
BATTERY
LIBRARY NAME
LIBRARY VERSION
FIRMWARE VERSION
SERIAL NUMBER

DEVICE NOT FOUND

If, after navigating to Settings > Device Status, the device cannot be found, then Stayntouch PMS will report an unretrievable device (see below).

DISCONNECTED DEVICE NOTIFICATION

If the device loses connectivity, a banner notification will display as pictured below.

LOW BATTERY

When the device’s battery life drops below 20%, a banner notification will appear as illustrated below.
