Troubleshooting Black Screen Issue on iPads


Issues with black screens on iPad stations have been found to be an Apple manufacturer's defect, not a Stayntouch issue. The same issue had been previously reported where the screens on the iPad went dark and would not revive. Furthermore, it has also been reported that when pressing the "home" button or the iPad screen, a slight illumination on the bottom of the screen appears. You can verify the system is on by enabling the camera function and waiting for the sound of the shutter produced by pressing the "home" button and volume down button.
