This video will demonstrate how to change a room assignment in Stayntouch PMS.

- 00:08: Search for the reservation you wish to alter

- 00:22: Click room number to change room assignment

- 01:08: Accept or decline rate change for new room type

- 01:22: Create keys for new room type
