Error Message: "Has Active Reservations"


If you attempt to merge a guest card, and there are in-house, future, or cancelled reservations, you will get the error message "Has active reservations." Please note, this includes in-house, future, AND cancelled reservations, so even if a reservation isn't active, you will receive this message.



Please note, however, merge is possible once the reservation's departure date is in the past (i.e., the departure date is prior to the current business date).
