PRODUCT ENHANCEMENTS

Check Rate Availability For Shoulder Dates


Stayntouch PMS now checks rate availability when adding shoulder dates. So, for example, if you try to add additional shoulder dates to an existing group with a rate code selected, and the rate is not valid for those dates, you will receive the below message.



Moreover, if there are any existing groups where a rate code is selected and shoulder dates are configured, upon entering the Group Summary screen, you will receive the below message. This is applicable only if there are rates that are not available for the shoulder dates.


Market Segment Statistics Report Added to Scheduled Reports


We added the Market Segment Statistics Report to Reports > Schedule a Report/Export > Scheduled Reports. The report is available in CSV format.


Housekeeping Return Status Added to Rooms OOO/OOS Report


We’ve added the recently introduced Return Status to the Rooms OOO/OOS Report. This has also been added to the Rooms OOO/OOS Report available in Reports > Schedule a Report/Export > Scheduled Reports.


Loyalty Membership and Membership Level Now Display in Search Results


We now display loyalty membership program, number, and level in the search results for reservations, including results for arrivals, departures, in-house reservations, etc. if it has been added to the stay card. This applies to hotel loyalty programs, not frequent flyer programs.



Please note, loyalty membership data must be entered manually, as it does not display automatically.

Invoice/Folio Export Enhancements


We’ve added columns for Guest Name/Account Name and Invoice Date to the Invoice/Folio Export from Reports > Schedule a Report/Export > Scheduled Reports > + NEW EXPORT SCHEDULE, and we’ve improved export performance. Furthermore, we’ve added folios generated for bills that do not have any financial transactions.  





Invoice Label Added to Stationery


For those customers that wish to rename the invoice label on our stationery, you can now do so by navigating to INVOICE LABEL from Settings > Hotel & Staff > Stationery > Invoices > Guest Invoice and A/R INVOICE LABEL from Settings > Hotel & Staff > Stationery > Invoices > Company/Travel Agent Invoice > A/R Invoice. This will change the display of the invoice label on all guest, company, and A/R invoices to the desired wording in the English language setting (i.e., Tax Invoice).




The labels entered here will display accordingly on the appropriate invoices.

Stayntouch PMS iPad Version 2.0.0 Now Available for Download in the App Store


For those of you using the Stayntouch PMS app, a new Stayntouch PMS iPad version 2.0.0 is now available for download in the App Store and has the following new items included.

Austria Deposit Invoice: Reverse Deposit Charges for No Show Reservations


If you’ve had deposit invoices enabled by Stayntouch Admin, deposit invoice transactions will be generated during the deposit posting process within the deposit ledger. When you have a no show reservation, deposit transactions will now be reversed during the no show process.
