Reservation with Zero Balance (0.00) Displaying on the “Checked Out (With Balance)” Section of the Dashboard

In the Stayntouch PMS Dashboard, there is a section called CHECKED OUT (WITH BALANCE). This lists all reservations that have been checked out but still have an outstanding balance on their bill. 

This occurs when a user checks out a reservation and selects the checkbox CHECK OUT WITHOUT SETTLEMENT.

As an example, all the reservations in the below screenshots are checked out but have an outstanding balance to be settled. 

However, sometimes you may find reservations in this list that have zero (0.00) balance. Ideally, those reservations should not be on this list. To remove those reservations, refresh the list using the refresh icon on the top left corner next to the search field.
