What to Do When Files Aren't Uploading to an SFTP Folder
If files aren't uploading to an SFTP folder, follow the steps below:
- Change the file path to the following: /home/username/folder_name (username from the SFTP setup; e.g., /home/HotelABC/test)
- Ask the hotel IT team to allow Stayntouch to write to the folder. On the SFTP folder, right click and set the file attributes as per the screenshot below:
