Steps to Follow If You Don't Want Automatic Authorization on a New Credit Card

Replacing the credit card on the stay card automatically reverses the authorization on the previous credit card and attempts new authorization on the new one. This is an intended behavior per current implementation.

If you do not want automatic authorization on the new card, follow the steps below:

1. Change the payment method to Cash Payment or another non-EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) payment.

Notice that the authorization on the previous card (last four digits: 9903) has been reversed.

2. Add the new credit card to the stay card.

Notice that no additional authorization has been obtained on the new card (last four digits: 0026).

3. Obtain authorization for a desired amount on the new card if necessary.
