Entering a Third Party Confirmation Number During Stayntouch Guest Kiosk Check-In
If you have Stayntouch Guest Kiosk configured to require a guest to enter their confirmation number upon check-in (Settings > Kiosk > Check In > Second Authentication > Select Confirmation), please note, you can also have it recognize a third party confirmation number (i.e., from Expedia or Booking.com), as long as the confirmation number entered is the exact number that is sent from the CRS/OTA.
If you need to confirm the external ID sent from the CRS/OTA, navigate to the stay card and click the dropdown arrows next to EXTERNAL REFERENCES. From there, you'll see the CRS/OTA confirmation number. Please be mindful to enter the confirmation number exactly as it is shown, and you should then be able to search and retrieve the guest.
