How to Update a Workstation from a Stayntouch Guest Kiosk
To update a workstation from a Stayntouch Guest Kiosk, follow the steps below:
1. Log out of the workstation.
2. On the Stayntouch Guest Kiosk screen, double tap the bottom right corner.
3. Select the LOGIN button.
4. Enter the administrator username and password.
5. A Zest Station Local Admin Settings popup will then appear. From this screen, select the workstation from the dropdown menu.
6. Compare these options with your settings in Settings > Integrations > Utilities > Workstations to see if any of the credit card devices and door key mappings are appropriate. If not, you can create a new workstation with all the required devices.
7. Once the workstation has been updated on Stayntouch Guest Kiosk, test an authorization to make sure it is being sent to the correct device.
