Kaba Door Lock PIN Delivery

 

When integrated with Stayntouch PMS for Stayntouch Guest Mobility check-in, the Kaba/Oracode key system can be configured to email the guest a PIN along with the room number when the guest completes mobile check-in via email. For the Oracode PIN code delivery, we must have the Comtrol interface with Kaba/Oracode set up. In addition to this, the following configuration items in Stayntouch PMS must be in place:


1. Navigate to Settings > Integrations > Door Lock Interface > Mobile Keys > Comtrol > SETTINGS Tab > Enable DOOR PINCODE DELIVERY.



2. Navigate to Settings > Rooms > Room Key Delivery > Guest Mobility Check-Ins > Select the checkbox for Show PIN in room ready email.
