Activity Log Now Records Printed/Emailed Invoices & Re-Printed/Re-Emailed Copies of Invoices


The Stay Card, House Account, and Group Activity Logs now record any attempts to print or email an invoice and re-print or re-email a copy of an invoice.

You can now access Company and Travel Agent Cards attached to a group or account from the group or account itself.

Dashboards: Custom Filter Combinations


You can now apply custom filter combinations for all three dashboard types—Housekeeping, Front Desk, and Manager—allowing easy access to frequently used dashboard data. Please note, filter view will vary slightly based on dashboard type. You can also save custom filter combinations for the Pace graph in the Manager Dashboard.



Manager Dashboard: Add Line Graph Representation to the Pace Chart


We have added LINE graph representation to the Pace graph in the Manager Dashboard. You can select a date range or multiple date ranges to be displayed as a single net combined line per date. This graph will show all dates that intersect with the date range selected. An additional line will show the average of other values. If, for example, there are six values selected, the seventh value will show on average of the proceeding values.


You can filter by the following data types:

  • Room Type
  • Market
  • Source
  • Segment
  • Origin



Manager Dashboard: CSV Export of Grid View for the Distribution Graph


You can now complete a CSV export of GRID view for the Distribution graph on the Manager Dashboard.

Option to Print Company Address on Bill #1 Added at Time of Check-Out


You can now print a company address on Bill #1 at the time of check-out by selecting a USE COMPANY ADDRESS checkbox. This checkbox will be unselected by default. If Bill #1 is settled by payment or check-out, and the USE COMPANY ADDRESS checkbox is selected, the checkbox will remain selected after settlement and cannot be modified once the bill has been locked.


Deactivate Room Status Change During End of Day


You can now deactivate room status change during EOD from Settings > Hotel & Staff > Settings & Parameters > Change Business Day. From here, you can toggle DE-ACTIVATE HK ROOM CHANGE to ON or OFF.



The toggle will be ON by default and will keep the current functionality. When the toggle is OFF, Stayntouch PMS will deactivate the EOD process. By deactivating the EOD process, rooms will always stay clean and will not need to be manually turned around for subsequent check-in. 

Custom Tax Rule: Nights Range


We have implemented a new Nights Range custom tax rule for properties that have the TAX RULES toggle turned ON from Settings > Financials > Financial Settings. To configure a Nights Range custom tax rule, navigate to Settings > Financials > Charge Codes. When you create a new charge code or edit an existing one, you can now select an Enable Nights Range checkbox, which will allow you to select Nights Range in the CONFIGURE NEW TAX RULE AMOUNTS section.



Upon selecting Nights Range, you can enter tax rule amounts based on the number of nights the guest plans to stay at your hotel. In the example below, guests are charged a tax of €1 for a stay of 1 to 2 nights and a tax of €2 for a stay of 3 to 4 nights.


Bypass ID Scan


You can now set an ID Bypass Scan permission from Settings > Hotel & Staff > Permissions.


Vehicle Registration Number Added to In-House Guests Report


We added the vehicle registration number to the In-House Guests Report itself. 



There is also a HAS VEHICLE REG NO filter in the In-House Guests Report that sorts by only in-house guests with a vehicle registration number.



This also applies to the scheduled report option for the In-House Guests Report.

Add-On Forecast Report Now Exportable


The Add-On Forecast Report is now exportable in CSV format from Reports > Reports Inbox.



Company/TA Top Producers Report Now Exportable


The Company/TA Top Producers Report is now exportable in CSV format from Reports > Reports Inbox.



Forecast Guests & Groups Report Now Exportable


The Forecast Guests & Groups Report is now exportable in CSV format from Reports > Reports Inbox.



Market Segment Statistics Report Now Exportable


The Market Segment Statistics Report is now exportable in CSV format from Reports > Reports Inbox.



Occupancy & Revenue Summary Report Now Exportable


The Occupancy & Revenue Summary Report is now exportable in CSV format from Reports > Reports Inbox. 



Reservations by User Report Added to Scheduled Reports


We added the Reservations by User Report to Reports > Schedule a Report/Export > Scheduled Reports. The report is available in CSV format.


Room Status Report Added to Scheduled Reports


We added the Room Status Report to Reports > Schedule a Report/Export > Scheduled Reports. The report is available in CSV format. Please note, this is not a report that currently exists in Reports > New Report. Essentially, this has the same effect as completing a printout of the Housekeeping > Room Status screen; however, it can be scheduled on a regular basis.


Additional Time Period Ranges Added to Business on the Books Report from Scheduled Reports


We have added additional TIME PERIOD ranges to the Business on the Books Report from Reports > Schedule a Report/Export > Scheduled Reports.
