"No Rate Information for Some of the Room Types with This Rate" Error Message

In this example, Custom Rate has previously been added for room types DOUBLE and KING in the Room Block Details tab of the group.

Attempting to change the group rate from Custom Rate to SNT Group Rate returns the error message, "No rate information for some of the room types with this rate."

This error message appears, because the rate selected from the group Summary tab is missing room types and/or rate details for room types previously added to the group. To assign the room types to a rate, navigate to Settings > Rates > Rates > Search Rate > Room Types > Move the Room Types from Available Room Types to Assigned Room Types. Then, select SAVE.

Next, update the rate set.

Now, the rate can be saved on the group Summary tab successfully.
